Richard Picolli CEO: Richard Picolli is a native of New Jersey who took over Gold Type Business Machines – the family business.  His hard work took G.T.B.M. into the world of computer technology.  His vision and insight led to the creation of Info-Cop.  Carefully listening to law enforcement officers in the field, Rich recognized that the Info Cop concept always needed to be rooted in its practical application in the field.  He brought together a brain trust of law enforcement professionals to actively participate in the design and continued enhancement of Info-Cop™.  As a result, Rich has continued to foster meaningful relationships with agencies throughout the country.  With this support he developed an easy-to-use reporting tool that has enabled officers to run sophisticated queries within the Info-Cop™ system.

Info-Cop™ has raised mobile law enforcement intelligence gathering to a new standard of excellence.  Info-Force™, a new suite of products that creates a public/private partnership between law enforcement and homeland security needs for corporate infrastructure, schools and transportation hubs, is now providing a force multiplier to law enforcement efforts.  Info-Corp™ is designed to protect high-valued terrorism targets in the private sector and is now being deployed at key chemical and nuclear facilities in New Jersey.

Mr. Picolli’s demonstrated devotion to the law enforcement community is unparalleled.  He serves as a board member for the NJ State Chief’s Association.  An accomplished engineer, he is sought after by leaders in the industry.  Under his leadership, GTBM became the first company to receive NCIC 2000 certification and is among the only 24 vendors nationwide to receive SAFETY Act Certification from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.  

Mr. Picolli has received numerous awards and recognition for his contributions to public safety and his products have been the focus of news reports on major networks as well as a feature story on the History Channel’s “Modern Marvels of Law Enforcement.  At the heart of this was his creation of Info-Cop™.   Rich Picolli is proud to be part of the solution for the challenges of 21st century law enforcement.

 
  Anthony Marra, Chief Strategic Officer: Mr. Marra’s exemplary career spanned over thirty years with the NYPD and concluded with his service as Assistant Chief of Police.  “Leadership by Example” is the benchmark of his reputation and experience.  His outstanding performance resulted in command of the Brooklyn detective squads and ultimately the position of overseeing investigations of the detective divisions in all five boroughs of New York City.  He is fortunate to present a balance of “hands-on” experience with academic achievement.  He holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice from John Jay College and a J.D. from CUNY Law School at Queens College. His professional affiliations range from the New York Bar Association to the Honor Legion of the NYPD.

Recognition of Mr. Marra’s superior actions in approaching the multi-faceted demands of his position resulted in a steady stream of promotions, numerous citations for performance and assignment to some of the most difficult and high-profile cases, such as handling of the civil unrest following the Yankel Rosenbaum stabbing in Crown Heights.  Prior to coming to GTBM/Info-Cop, Mr. Marra served as the Senior Security Specialist for Lockheed Martin.

 
  Thomas Cetnar is the Chief Operating Officer at GTBM.  He began his career in law enforcement in 1984 as a police officer in the city of Newark, New Jersey. Within two years he was promoted to detective and assigned to the Narcotic Bureau in an undercover capacity.  During his tenure in law enforcement he served in several prominent roles.  The FBI selected him and assigned him to serve as a member of their Violent Crimes Fugitive Task Force.  He was trained in anti-terrorism and was a skilled hostage negotiator.  Before leaving office, he served as Commanding Officer of the Narcotic Task Force for the entire county of Essex, New Jersey.

Mr. Cetnar successfully made the transition into the private sector in the security field.  He was selected and served as head of an executive protection detail to the Vice President of the United States.  He has served as Director of Security for two Fortune 500 companies and has been retained by some of the top CEO’s in the country as a consultant.

In 2001 he was offered and consequently accepted the position of General Manager for the Newark Bears professional baseball team, where he was responsible for signing Major League All Stars and World Series Heroes.  After 9/11 he returned to the security field to assist in the temporary relocation of a major New York City-based securities firm affected by the terrorism attacks.

Mr. Cetnar is a public speaker and appears on national TV and radio programs. 

 
  George Petropoulakis, Chief Business Officer:  Mr. Petropoulakis joined GTBM in 2000 and was its first business manager.  Since then, his leadership and passion have become hallmarks at the company.  During his tenure, he has headed several divisions including operations, sales and support.  He is presently concentrating on maintaining and expanding GTBM's market share within New Jersey across the company's several business lines.  His major focus is on customer relations which has been the bedrock of GTBM's growth.
 
  Mike Rubenstein, Chief Administrative Officer:  Mr. Rubenstein holds an MBA from the Bernard Baruch College in New York City and has extensive background in operating large, complex organizations as well as start-ups.  While in New York he operated a government funded service company with 24 decentralized locations and a staff of more than 400.  His experience spans both for-profit and not-for-profit business environments.  He is a co-founder and co-owner of an Internet-based technology company that currently serves medical clients in three states providing billing and collection services and electronic medical records.  He serves as a grant reviewer for several agencies of the Federal government.  He has also consulted for government and corporate clients both nationally and internationally during the course of his career.
 
 

Rosanne "Roe" Manghisi, Executive Vice President:  Ms. Manghisi is a retired Captain from the New Jersey State Police where she served 26 years.  Her last assignment was Bureau Chief in the Homeland Security Branch where she was responsible for Incident Management, Infrastructure Security and all large-scale exercises, operations and events, such as the deployment of Troopers to assist during Hurricane Katrina.  Her earlier assignments in the State Police included law enforcement operations, investigations, training, narcotics, organized crime, and intelligence.  In 2002, she served as the Chief of Staff to the Superintendent, and has held commands in the Emergency Management Section, Special Operations Section and the Homeland Security Branch.  She has received numerous meritorious citations during her career for her investigative work and for her undercover assignments.  She holds membership in the IACP and other police-related organizations.  She is a graduate of the FBI National Academy and the Rutgers Police Institute Executive Development Program.  She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Thomas Edison State College and Seton Hall University.
